Big O Tires

Great service! I got a flat after driving on a low tire for a while. They were able to give me decent pricing on a new set and were very friendly and fast working to install them right then and there. My only qualm was that they replaced a faulty low tire pressure sensor and the warning light still came on randomly again the same day they had fixed the sensor. But can’t say whether that was the same sensor acting up again or not yet. Otherwise, very impressed with their service and selection.

Tim Preece was awesome! Very friendly and helpful to work with me in getting my snow tires on in a timely manner!! I have always loved coming to Big O on Northgate Mile! I’ve been coming there for many years and have always been very impressed by the friendliness of the staff! Would highly recommend them!

This has been our go to stop for tires for close to 30 years. The staff are knowledgeable and actually care about my family’s well being. Their prices are very affordable and they have the best warranty in the industry. The atmosphere at their store is welcoming. Even when it is busy and we need to wait for a bit, I’ve never been uncomfortable. Thank you for everything you do!

Go ANYWHERE other than here. You will spend a WEEK waiting for them to touch your car. I made an appointment well over a week in advance, showed up at 9 (my appointment time) and waited there UNTIL CLOSE just for them to tell me that they couldn't fit it in their schedule to get it done. Went in the next day and AGAIN waited from 9-6 for it not to get done. I needed 2 tires. Wasted 2 DAYS waiting on THEM to get their act together and honor my APPOINTMENT. Gave up and went to Les Schwab and they were done in a half hour WITHOUT an appointment. Skip this place. Go ANYWHERE else.

They are Awesome! They have taken great care of my wife, teenage kids, and me through the years with new tires and repairs! Thank you Big O!
